Review component status, imagery and tracked inventory against the quantity required in each native fixed bundle.

For a small catalogue, these checks can be done manually in Shopify Admin.

Check the limiting component

Bundle capacity is not a second stock pool.

For tracked components, compare available stock with the quantity needed per bundle. An estimate is a diagnostic clue, not a guarantee of checkout availability across locations or inventory policies.
